Your Role
The Flowers team adds a beautiful, personal touch to the evening. You’ll distribute corsages and boutonnieres to guests, making them feel like true royalty as they head to the celebration.
- Prepare and organize corsages and boutonnieres before guests arrive
- Pin or tie flowers on guests as they enter or during the red carpet
- Make each guest feel special during the flower presentation
- Keep the flower station stocked and organized throughout the evening
- Assist with any floral decorations or arrangements as needed
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at Court 6, Upper Section at 5:30 PM for flower prep and distribution planning.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
