The Kids Team at The Assembly believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our littlest members. While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our qualified volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces little ones to a love for Jesus early on. Nursery classes coincide with all of our regular weekend and mid-week adult services and classes.

What to Bring

  • Please bring diapers, wipes, bottles & pacifiers. We ask that you clearly label all items that belong to your child.
  • For children who are potty training we also recommend that you bring a change of clothes for them in case they have an accident while at church.

Connect with The Assembly Kids

Parent Connect

You, as a parent, influence your child more than anyone else. So, we want to provide you with the resources to help you and your family to grow spiritually and closer together.  We desire to partner with you, and one of the ways we do this is by providing resources to help you talk with your children about the gospel.  Each week we provide Family discussion questions and activities that correspond with the Kids Ministry lesson.

Safe & Secure

Children are securely checked in at our welcome center located on the first floor. Before entering, a security sticker with the child’s name, classroom assignment along with a 4-digit code is printed and secured on the child’s clothing. Parents receive a matching security tag that must be shown when picking up children.

All volunteers serving in our ministry have submitted an application and passed a background check before serving.

Security cameras are also located throughout the nursery and preschool rooms and hallways.

At The Assembly, we believe that serving is an important part of one’s journey with Christ. We would love for you to be a part of what God is doing in Kids Ministry at The Assembly. There are many opportunities for you to get involved in the exciting things that are happening.
