Your Role
The Red Carpet team creates the magical first impression of the night. You’ll cheer on nearly 1,000 honored guests as their buddies escort them down the red carpet for photo opportunities and crowning ceremonies.
- Cheer enthusiastically as guests walk the red carpet with their buddies
- Help maintain a steady pace through multiple red carpet lanes
- Assist with photo opportunities along the carpet
- After crowning ceremonies, mingle throughout the main prom area
- Offer compliments and foster joy across all activity stations
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at the Court 6 at 5:30 PM. You’ll be positioned along the red carpet lanes before guests arrive.
🚐 Parking
Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex, 2nd Floor (Mezzanine) — 7625 S Elwood Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132
Directions: Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
