Your Role
Buddies are the heart of Night to Shine. You’ll serve as a personal companion to your assigned guest throughout the entire evening — making them feel celebrated, valued, and loved.
- Accompany your assigned guest and engage in genuine conversation
- Guide guests to various activities and stations throughout the venue
- Help guests feel celebrated, comfortable, and included at every moment
- Direct guests’ attention to all available activities and opportunities
- Be fully present and attentive — phones permitted but please minimize use
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at Soccer Field 2 (inside the doors to the left) at 5:30 PM for pairing with your assigned guest. If you have a pre-assigned guest, please connect with them before registration begins.
🅿️ Parking
Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
🛋️ Respite Room (for Parents & Caregivers)
Location: ASJ Sportsplex, 2nd Floor (Mezzanine) — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to enjoy the respite room amenities while their loved ones celebrate, or return for pickup at 10:00 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
