Your Role
The Respite team honors the families and caregivers who support our guests every day. You’ll create a comfortable, relaxing space where parents and caregivers can recharge while their loved ones celebrate.
- Welcome parents and caregivers to the respite area
- Engage in meaningful conversation — listen, encourage, and support
- Maintain cleanliness and manage the respite space
- Facilitate chair massage scheduling and other amenities
- Encourage caregivers to enjoy the respite or return at 10:00 PM for pickup
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at ASJ Sportsplex, 2nd Floor (Mezzanine) at 5:30 PM. The respite room is located on the second floor of the venue.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to enjoy the respite room amenities while their loved ones celebrate, or return for pickup at 10:00 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
