Medical Team
Your Role
The Medical team assists professional EMT personnel by providing basic first aid and medical care for guests and handling emergency situations throughout the event.
- Assist professional EMT staff with basic first aid as needed
- Be available for medical emergencies throughout the venue
- Monitor guest wellbeing and respond to any health concerns
- Know the location of all first aid supplies and AED devices
- Coordinate with Safety team for any emergency situations
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at the Medical Room (Court 6, Lower Section) at 5:30 PM for briefing with EMT personnel.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
