Your Role
The Creative team captures the magic of Night to Shine through photography and video. You’ll document the evening so guests and families can relive these special memories.
- Capture the night through photography and video
- Document key moments — red carpet, crowning, dancing, activities
- Report directly to creative directors for assignments
- Ensure all areas and activities are covered throughout the evening
- Help organize and share photos via the Spot My Photos app
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at Court 8 at 5:30 PM for equipment check and shooting assignments.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
