Your Role
The Karaoke team brings the energy! You’ll lead the room, create an amazing atmosphere, sing along with guests, and make everyone feel like a rock star.
- Lead the karaoke room and keep the energy high
- Sing along with guests and make them feel comfortable performing
- Manage the sign-up system during crowded periods
- Create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere for every performer
- Help guests choose songs and set up equipment as needed
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at the Karaoke Room (Soccer Field 1) at 5:30 PM. Karaoke opens after the Tim Tebow video presentation.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
