The Crowning team leads the most magical moment of the night — when every guest is crowned a King or Queen. This is the highlight that makes Night to Shine unforgettable.
- Prepare and organize crowns and tiaras before the ceremony
- Assist with the crowning ceremony on the main stage
- Ensure every single guest receives their crown — no one is missed
- Create a celebratory, joyful atmosphere during the ceremony
- Coordinate with the Red Carpet and Buddy teams for guest flow
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at the Court 5 at 5:30 PM for ceremony walkthrough and crown preparation.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
