Serving Others Changes Lives
Our belief is that as people choose to serve, whether in one of our worship services, in the local community, or around the world, the impact of that service will change lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those who see them giving their time to help someone else.
Activate your faith. Get involved.
It takes hundreds of volunteers to make our ministry week happen. We need every person who calls The Assembly their home to find a place to serve. Your involvement matters because your service makes a difference.

The light that shines the farthest, shines the brightest at home. The Assembly has been and continues to be an active part of the Broken Arrow/Tulsa Community. We want to be a generous church – both time and money – toward those in our community.
Below are a number of opportunities for you to serve our community.
Tuesday nights at Avalon Men’s Correctional Facility.
Open two days a week, The Assembly’s Food Pantry offers groceries, prayer, and encouragement for families in need. There are numerous ways you can serve in this ministry.
The third Saturday of every month, we partner with Good Samaritan at Indian Springs Apartment complex. We offer prayer, medical assistance, and medicine.
Annual Community Events
Back to School Outreach
Providing free school supplies, haircuts, immunizations, and meals to families in need.
Providing brand new bike to boys and girls in foster care and adopted children. In December 2017, we provided over 600 bikes to children. Our goal is to go even bigger in 2018!
Night to Shine (sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation)
Providing a celebratory, prom-like atmosphere for those with special needs. We create an environment to crown these men and women with special needs Kings and Queens for a night. Food, dance, red carpet, limos, giveaways, pampering and so much more happen throughout the night. In February of 2018, we provided almost 700 persons with special needs an amazing night, our largest group yet!
