The Caricatures team provides a memorable keepsake for guests. Artists create fun, exaggerated sketches that guests can take home as a lasting reminder of their special night.
- Create fun caricature sketches for guests throughout the evening
- Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable while posing
- Manage the line and flow of guests waiting for portraits
- Help guests with finished sketches and any framing or packaging
- Keep the area tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at Court 1, Upper Section at 5:30 PM for setup and station assignments.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
