Your Role

The Coat Check team ensures guests’ belongings are safely stored so they can fully enjoy every activity without worry. You’ll manage check-in and retrieval smoothly throughout the evening.

• Accept and organize coats, bags, and personal items from guests
• Issue claim tickets and keep track of all stored items
• Retrieve items quickly and accurately when guests are ready to leave
• Maintain an organized, secure storage area
• Be friendly and helpful — this may be guests’ first or last interaction of the night

Pre-Event Instructions

Meet at the Coat Check area (Lobby, West Side) at 5:30 PM for setup and organization system briefing.

What’s Happening Tonight

Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:

Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.

Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
