Your Role
The Sensory Room team provides a welcoming space for guests to experience interactive sensory activities. This is a special environment designed for engagement, creativity, and comfort.
- Facilitate interactive sensory activities for guests
- Ensure the sensory room environment remains calm and inviting
- Welcome guests and guide them through available experiences
- Monitor guest comfort and redirect overwhelmed guests to the calming room if needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sensory materials
Pre-Event Instructions
Meet at the Sensory Room (Court 2, Lower Section) at 5:30 PM for setup and activity briefing.

Volunteer Parking: ASJ Sportsplex — 101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132
Park in the ASJ Sportsplex parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM.
What’s Happening Tonight
Here’s everything available for guests throughout the evening:
Dinner: Chick-fil-A is providing meals for all attendees. Limited allergy-friendly options available.
Karaoke: Opens after the Tim Tebow video. If rooms are crowded, guests can sign up for a turn.
