This app runs in your phone's browser — no download needed. Use it to check in students, notify parents automatically, and view your team roster all in one place.
Select Student Check In from the bottom menu to get to the search screen.
Type the student's first name, last name, or parent's phone number into the search bar. Results appear as you type.
Tap the Check In button next to the student's name. This opens their full details page — confirm it's the right student.
On the details page, tap Check In once more to officially check the student in.
📱 Once confirmed, an automatic text and email is sent to the student's parents.Tap the X in the top right corner to close the details page and search for your next student.
Tap "Checked In" in the Bottom Menu
Tap Checked In from the bottom navigation to see a full list of every student who has arrived. Filter the list by:
